You control and approve the scope, quantities, prices, tax, terms and client-facing content. AI-assisted structuring can suggest editable line items, but it is not an authoritative source of market pricing, legal terms, code compliance, project completeness or professional advice.
A paid purchase authorizes retrieval of the clean PDF associated with the payment and the matching quote under the product's entitlement rules. A purchase does not transfer ownership of QuoteGenius software or grant an unlimited subscription unless a checkout page expressly states otherwise.
Payments are processed by Whop. Payment availability, supported methods and provider-side processing are subject to Whop's systems and terms. QuoteGenius does not store payment-card numbers.
You must independently verify the estimate before using it. QuoteGenius does not guarantee that generated or suggested content is complete, accurate, suitable for a particular project, compliant with law or sufficient to form a contract.
Do not use the service to submit unlawful content, interfere with the service, bypass payment or authorization controls, or attempt to access another user's paid output.
The product may be changed, corrected or discontinued. These terms do not override rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
